Seetha is a farmer from Sri Lanka who was given the opportunity to improve her cinnamon business through training, coaching and exposure visits to other farms.

Inequality and discrimination is widespread in Sri Lanka, and low-income levels mean many people are struggling with high food prices. But gifts like this can contribute to Oxfam's work around the world, including programs like Oxfam's Resilient and Gender Inclusive Enterprise Systems (RIES) project that provides farmers like Seetha with the training, coaching and skills needed to improve their crops and businesses.
